Restaurant and Kitchen

Fresh, vegetarian, healthy!

Our creative chefs prepare light, diverse vegetarian or vegan meals, enhanced with plenty of herbs. Most of the ingredients come from sustainable farming, some even from our own permaculture garden. We are happy to accommodate allergies or intolerances—please inform us of these when booking.

For groups, we can provide fish and meat from natural, humane farming for an additional charge (individual guests can only book these for health reasons).

We see ourselves as a guest-centered house, where the kitchen has always been considered one of the main pillars. Just as love is said to go through the stomach, healthy and vibrant cuisine is balm for the body, mind, and soul! Our goal here as well: delighted guests!

We place great importance on supporting the processes of the groups that come to us in the best possible way. Catering plays a central role in this, as it nourishes us on various levels and can either promote or hinder processes. We look forward to the diversity of people with their individual wishes and needs and to addressing them with care.

Depending on the seminar leader's preferences, participants have access to a wide selection of beverages day and night as part of the Conference Package II. These include various teas, (grain-based) coffee, (plant-based) milk, chai tea, fruit juice, and osmosis water. A fruit basket with fresh seasonal fruits is always available.

The Restaurants and Terraces

Space for Connection and Enjoyment

As a place for connection and shared meals, seminar participants have access to three restaurant rooms and two terraces. This allows the various groups to have their own space if desired.

The Vaulted Restaurant

For approximately 50 people.
A lovingly designed main gathering space featuring a buffet for food and drinks, a fruit basket, and a reception area. A white grand piano invites guests to play. Direct access to the terrace by the pond.

The Blue Salon

For approximately 50 people.
An atmospheric, tranquil room on the edge of the hotel with morning sunlight and an exhibition space for rotating artists. Access to the terrace by the pond.

The Winter Garden

For approximately 80 people.
A light-filled room with a Mediterranean ambiance. Overlooks the greenery of the garden and has access to the terrace.

The Wine Garden

A sheltered spot by the water to sit and enjoy nature.
