Prices for Rooms & Conference Packages
Prices 2024

For one or two nights, an additional charge of €6 applies.

Prices are per person and per night for the respective room and conference package. The price is based on the number of people staying in the room, not the number of beds in the room. For example, if one person stays in a four-bed room, the single room price will be charged.

ÜF: Overnight stay with breakfast buffet

TP I: Conference package I, including full board
Includes: Overnight stay, breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner with a warm, wholesome vegetarian buffet with options, and partial use of the house and seminar rooms.

TP II: Conference package II
This package includes TP I and is further enhanced with a 24-hour beverage and fruit buffet. The buffet includes coffee, grain coffee, various teas, milk & alternatives, a spritzer, osmosis water, and partial use of the house and seminar rooms.

IMPORTANT: The conference package selected by the organizer applies to the entire group. Individual participants cannot choose a different package.

Meat and fish can also be added to the package (additional cost of €6 per meal). Bookings by individual guests are only possible in exceptional cases for dietary reasons.

A day starts with dinner and ends with lunch the next day. If a seminar starts in the morning or late morning and/or ends in the evening, the respective partial conference package for that day will also apply. The seminar room is available on the arrival day from 6 PM and on the departure day until 3 PM. Other arrangements can be made in coordination with us.

A minimum of two overnight stays is required over the weekend. During the week, one overnight stay is also possible. The conference package chosen by the organizer is mandatory for all participants to book.

The costs for each seminar room are dependent on the full board turnover (TP I or TP II) of your group. The full board turnover is determined by the planned and reserved number of participants.

Prices 2024

In addition to the exemption for seminar room rental, we offer you the following discounts as the organizer, which are tiered based on the actual full board turnover. The method of settlement can be arranged individually. For example, you can pass the discount on to the participants or use it as a free room for the trainers.

For daily revenue starting from €500.00, we offer a €35.00 discount per day, which can be used for the trainer's room.

Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation Policy for Seminar Participants

If you need to cancel your booked seminar for personal reasons, the following fees apply:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: €50 processing fee

  • 3 months to 6 weeks before arrival: 35% of the total price

  • 6 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price

  • Within 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total price

  • No-show (without cancellation): 90% of the total price

The total price is calculated based on the booked catering and room category.

If the booked service is re-rented, the fee will be reduced accordingly.

We recommend purchasing seminar cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Policy for Organizers

It may happen that not enough participants sign up for a seminar or that other circumstances affect your plans. Since the chance of filling the gap with a new seminar decreases the closer the event date gets, we rely on making binding agreements in such cases. This is the basis for maintaining our fair prices.

In case of cancellation:

  • Up to 12 weeks before your event: 10% of the agreed minimum turnover

  • Up to 8 weeks before your event: 20% of the agreed minimum turnover

  • Up to 4 weeks before your event: 45% of the agreed minimum turnover

  • Less than 4 weeks before your event: 70% of the agreed minimum turnover

The agreed minimum turnover is calculated based on the sum of the minimum daily turnover amounts.

These rates apply proportionally, including in the case of a later reduction of the agreed minimum daily turnover.

This means: You have minimal risk if you check the number of participants 12 weeks, 8 weeks, and 4 weeks before the event and, if necessary, provide us with the corresponding notification.

If we are able to fill the date despite a short-notice cancellation, the cancellation fee will be reduced.
