Get Involved at the Jonathan

This place is alive, and life means change. Jonathan is a place where transformation happens, and this impacts all those involved—whether they "just" work here or are part of the community that supports Jonathan. Yes, the journey to ourselves is challenging, and the question is: Are we ready for the "mirrors" that want to guide us? Or should the world change for us to be happy, while we remain the same?

Jonathan is open to people who want to contribute with joy to the seminar house, actively engage, and support, while also being part of the community and continuing to learn. People who are ready to share responsibility with us and help unfold the potential of this place.

Jonathan is an intense, supportive space for experience, where you can come into contact with unresolved issues, often more quickly and clearly than elsewhere. It has proven helpful for those interested to first spend two to four weeks with us. This allows us to get to know each other, and perhaps illusions will dissolve, helping you realize what this place—and what your journey here—is truly about.

This means you are integrated into the team for four weeks. Food and accommodation are free during this time. You will attend meetings and sharings and actively contribute to various areas—depending on need, your personal skills, and your interest in learning something new or experiencing something different. Based on the impulses from all of us, there may be joint activities like meditation, yoga, or excursions.

What has shown itself, and for which your willingness is necessary: Here, your issues come to the surface—more intensely than in other places—especially those that have been suppressed for a long time, because they want to heal. If you are ready, this can often be playful. If you are in resistance, it won’t feel as playful. We are here to support, and each of our paths continues—with all the divine challenges. Jonathan is not a place to hide but rather fosters awakening… Even through the seminars held here, it is a special energetic space. If we are ready, miracles happen. The question right now is: Do we want to stay in the old system and complain about it? Or do we create something new, become pioneers, stand ready for the new world, learn, recognize, and serve it?

We have an international house, so there is often a "language atmosphere" here, providing the opportunity to playfully practice languages and open oneself to other mentalities.

Since we live openness and mindful interaction, and personal development and self-awareness are an important part of our community, a stay at Jonathan will often illuminate key points in your life and can serve as a guiding light. This has been confirmed by the experience and feedback of many who have already been here. When we feel comfortable together and share the vision, long-term collaboration can emerge.

Job Openings

As a community, we walk hand in hand with seminar leaders and their participants on an exciting and sometimes new path. Together, we create something new and bring it into the world. We hold the space so that seminars here can succeed with ease. Jonathan is a place to become aware of oneself, a good place to be, and a place to grow beyond oneself and make peace within.

We are open to people who want to carry this project with us in a responsible way, who are eager to contribute with their "down-to-earth" skills, and who can also see and appreciate what is already here.
